We specialize in immersive luxury travel — not the kind where luxury means marble lobbies and overpriced minibars, but the kind where luxury means access. Behind every great trip, someone's
already been there.

James is a Mississippi native, but has lived in Louisiana long enough to be a resident Cajun.

Moving to Louisiana from Mississippi 5 months after the infamous Hurricane Andrew, he started hearing terms he had never heard before like crawfish, lagniappe, and cold drink. The longer he was in Louisiana, the more he preferred the spice of Cajun and Creole cuisine over the less seasoned Mississippi cooking. He learned to cook jambalaya and most other common dishes with the added kick of Louisiana cuisine.

He joined the Air Force after high school. It was a few years prior to 9/11, so he was geared up for the long conflict that progressed. Being in the military sparked his enthusiasm for travel. 23 years in the Air Force has taken him throughout the Middle East, Latvia, Germany 3 times, Canada, and nearly every part of the U.S.

Outside of his work as a travel advisor, James loves to cook, learn through YouTube, be a good son, and travel the world, of course.
