What this covers

This policy explains what information Mint Goldwyn Travel collects, how it's used, and how it's protected. We keep this simple because we believe you deserve a straight answer — not twenty pages of legal language designed to obscure more than it explains.

Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly when you submit a travel inquiry. This typically includes:

  • Your name and email address
  • Travel preferences, destinations, and dates you share with us
  • Any other details you choose to include in your inquiry

If you subscribe to our email list, we also collect your email address for that purpose.

We do not collect payment information. All transactions are handled through the Fora platform and their associated partners.

How we use your information

The information you share is used solely to plan and advise on your travel. Specifically:

  • To respond to your inquiry and discuss your travel plans
  • To build and manage your itinerary through the Fora platform
  • To send you relevant travel updates, recommendations, or offers if you've opted into our email list
  • To improve how we communicate and serve clients generally

We do not sell your personal information to anyone. Full stop.

Third-party platforms

We work with the following platforms as part of our business. Each has its own privacy practices:

  • Fora — our travel platform partner. Travel inquiries submitted through our site are managed within the Fora CRM. Fora's privacy policy governs how they handle that data.
  • Klaviyo — our email marketing platform. If you subscribe to our list, your email is stored and managed through Klaviyo. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send.

Cookies

This website uses minimal cookies. We store your light/dark mode preference locally in your browser so the site remembers your choice on return visits. No tracking cookies, no advertising pixels, no third-party analytics collecting your behavior across other sites.

Your rights

You have the right to know what information we hold about you, to request a correction, or to ask us to delete it. To do any of these, reach out directly:

We'll respond within a reasonable timeframe and handle your request without making it harder than it needs to be.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes in any meaningful way, we'll update the date at the top of this page. We're not in the business of quietly rewriting things — if something significant changes, we'll be clear about it.
